Cloudflare R2
Depot pick when agent artifacts get downloaded a lot. S3-compatible without the egress grief.
Supabase (pgvector)
Depot default for most agent apps under ~25–50M vectors. Don't add Pinecone until Postgres actually hurts.
Amazon S3
Default object store gravity well. Consider R2/Cloudflare or DO Spaces when egress dominates.
Neon
Excellent serverless Postgres for agent apps that want branching + pgvector without Supabase's full BaaS.
MinIO
Self-host object storage when R2/Tigris/B2 SaaS is not allowed. R2 remains managed cheap-egress default.
Backblaze B2
Best cheap always-hot archive for datasets/checkpoints. R2 still wins agent artifact serving with unbounded…
